HomeQ & AQuestionsIs there a difference between... Question posted by booswhite on 14 April 2015 Last updated on 16 October 2018 by Nickilsmith Both seem to have the same inactive ingredients with the exception that the AN627 contains lactose monohydrate & corn starch. The #319 does not contain either of those but does contain lactose anhydrous & silicon dioxide colloidal.(whereas AN627 does not). 319 did NOTHING for me, but an627 worked wonders In the original response, active ingredients are not addressed as to whether they are the same in both AN 627 & 319, and in my opinion still need to be addressed either by the original respondent and/or someone in the medical field of which I am not nor am I familiar enough to answer that portion of the question. However, in addressing just the inactive ingredients as they did, you need to figure out whether your body is more acceptable to the natural products (ie: the corn starch in AN 627) or to the subjunctive elements of manufactured ingredients (ie: the silicone in 319). Once you figure that out, you will know which drug will work best for you. Some people it does not bother at all, therefore the drugs are equally equipped on the side of the inactive ingredients to treat with. I personally have used them both. Both work for me, however if I have a choice between the two, I typically choose 319. Hope this helps. Yes they are both Tramadol, just different brands, made by different companies. Both should work just as well as each other They're both Tramadol 50mg. My daughter takes that for her back. She says it works good.
