Fun continuation story. I will say, the Big D is getting a little soft with the vet giving first aid in the smithy. What happened to just applying an antiseptic spray and liquid bandage while on the branding bench followed by walking the slave girl to her holding cell. Then give her a bottle of water and a couple of Motrin. I need that nano tech for my wife.😜

Fine work, first of all, yet I would myself write in more concern on the part of the dominant regardless of what the sub wanted. I will render first aid including cleaning and medicating injured sites, then bandage the injury if required. Antibiotics effective for skin and under lying tissues might be good. How about some ice and Motrin? Why not clean the belt with antiseptic before use? I would pull my strikes to prevent excessive injury despite what the sub wants, I am the dominant and my concern for my sub outweighs their desires. After you tear the sub down it’s good to build them back with love and care and good sex. Cook your sub a good meal, too. A good dominant is not a heartless dominant.

Medical stuff:
Fracture = broken. We have lots of terms to describe the fracture, but a fracture is a break.
People can walk on a broken ankle if they are tough enough to take the pain and the tibia is not where the fracture is.
She would have had an x-ray about a week after the surgery to confirm it was well healing.
Plaster? We more often use water activated fiberglass these days. Less heat as it cures, sets quicker.

Advil = Motrin = ibuprofen. Each pill is 200mg, so three were a good choice, four a bit better. Redose after six hours if the pain has returned.

I see this a lot and it bothers me for the dominant lover, after getting his or her jollies, neglects to care for the recipient sub. What if the sub gets a dangerous infection? Just because skin is not broken does not exclude trauma induced infections. A hot shower helps but it must hurt like hell on injuries. How about a dominant giving his sub antibiotics before whipping? Would first aid after a session be so hard for a dominant to administer? Ice would reduce swelling and so would Motrin. It would seem part of being a real dominant is to care for and be responsible for the sub especially if the dominant loves the sub. Dominants should look out for their subs by limiting the the hitting effects despite what the sub wants. Dominants should know better than their subs and enforce their will as to the well-being of the sub. Besides, the sub is cuffed or tied and can not stop a dominant from caring for them. That is real dominance.

When you refer to lifelong I think some more explanation is due. Did you lack the sexual cravings that almost all adolescents have? Did you masturbate before having sexual contact with another person? Not intercourse per se, but kissing, fondling..etc? Have you ever experienced an orgasm, with or without a partner? Does your vagina lubricate when you are exposed to sexual situations? As far as males with low libidos, often that's a result of another underlying physical, or mental anomaly. Please don't scare people, exogenous testosterone creams carry little risk. Most that find themselves in need of these creams are not under forty years of age, and usually older than than that. While I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who has had prostate cancer the risk is minimal. Taking over the counter medications such as Advil, Motrin, which are both ibuprofen, can cause severe kidney damage in large amounts, yet are safe minus pre-existing kidney problems, when taken properly they provide effective and safe relief from pain. The same can be said for exogenous or injected testosterone and estrogen provided it is used correctly. HSDS can, and does come with life changing effects. It has the ability to prevent and kill marriages. So if pharmocological therapy can eliminate or reduce the aforementioned effects, it should be understood that it remains a viable and safe option in the treatment HSDS.

As for everyone else ... life keeps adding on the 'happy' {sarcasm}.
My neurologist decided to prescribe a more powerful tool to manage the pain in my feet. So, he gave me a foot cream. What wasn't obvious was the non-prescribed 'side effects' of the foot cream which included ... (sigh) ...
Well, as my feet have been hurting like sons-a-bitches, I was slathering that cream on three and four times a day. It had minimal positive effect which was leagues ahead of the pain I was going through. Besides, it was foot cream. What was the worse that could happen?
Baclofen (2%) ~ [Lightheadedness or fainting, trouble seeing, severe tiredness, weakness],
Cyclobenzaprine (2%) ~ [Anxiety, restlessness, seeing or hearing things that are not there, severe drowsiness, fainting, or confusion],
Diclofenac (3%) ~ [Sudden or severe headache, or problems with vision, speech, or walking],
Gabapentin (6%) ~ [Behavior problems, aggression, restlessness, trouble concentrating, moodiness (especially in children), problems with coordination, shakiness, unsteadiness, unusual moods, or behaviors, thoughts of hurting yourself, feeling depressed, dizziness, drowsiness, sleepiness, tiredness],
Lidocaine (2%) ~ [which, somewhat stunningly, isn't trying to fuck with my head]
So I've been staggering around in a semi-lucid state for the past several days, unable to figure out why I couldn't do much, if any, writing. It took me complaining to my wife to provide some clarity.
I repeat - it is freaking foot cream!
I've stopped with the foot-crack and am back to dealing with the pain. Hopefully I'll be back to writing soon too.
