I know its your universe and you can do whatever you want in it, but as a physicist I have to tell you that in our universe the way you use a swing-by maneuver simply does not work. You can swing around a sun and will be faster while close to the sun. But in total you won't gain speed that way. You would need a celestial body to swing around, which actually moves with a speed matching your speed, and that body has to move away from your destination.
