Seems pretty fitting that these two older sexist businessmen would get overconfident and leave themselves so vulnerable. A quick rape test and blood test will likely make her avoid jail time.

I say she did simply because if she didn't;t all she needs to do is get a DNA test done now and show husband the results. She doesn't need the other man story at all to prove it is his child. Since she may not know it is his child she does need the husband to forgo the DNA test and she has nine months to sweat out how the child will look and hope that in the childs lifetime the never need a dan test.
