Background: A 2024 systematic review (SR) identified 59 studies examining gabapentinoid (pregabalin and gabapentin) misuse/abuse. Evidence of gabapentinoid misuse/abuse has since grown substantially. Objective: Update previous SR and describe new insights regarding gabapentinoid abuse.
